Jelqing Technique

1 – With your hand make the American “A-OK” when the penis is in a semi erect state. do this with the forefinger and thumb of your left hand. Grip your semi erect penis tightly around the base.

2 – Having your hand and penis in place from step one pull the penis slowely but firmly away from the body. Now start to stretch downwards and outwards. Remember to keep the penis in its semi-erect state. Ensure that the penis has contact with the hand from the base to the head and remember that the head of your penis gets bigger with the increase of blood flow.

3 – Now repeat steps one and two but use the opposite or right hand. The main point to remember here is to keep swopping hands and in the milking motion to not touch the head of the penis.

Week 1 – Complete roughly 10 minutes of stroking at medium strengh. – 200-300 strokes/day

Week 2 – Complete 15 minutes of stroking at a strengh more than the first week – 300 – 500 strokes

Week 3 and on – 20 minutes as strong as you can comfortably make it. – 500 or more strokes

Note the point of this exercise is to practise without having an erection. If your penis starts to become erect you can try discourage it by giving it a squeeze or just wait till it goes down. To get circulation going again you can slap your penis up and down. Slapping can be anything between 25 – 50 times.
